One thing I did find interesting is that AGS still hasn't paid the $648 782 costs awarded to H/Q from earlier book access court trial yet the $5+ million court room step settlement costs appear to have already been paid.
What was the rush to settle that bill and not the other? Once again, there are so many things about the court room steps settlement that just don't make sense.

As for the reduction of ownership percentage, by the end of December 2015 our percentage will be reduced by 10% if we do not contribute to any cash calls during the year (ie it doesn't go down by 10% in one hit it goes down each month as the cash calls are not honoured). AGS have stated that they do not intend to contribute during 2015, however what would stop them from changing their mind if they won the upcoming court case and deciding to contribute in January 2015 (Decembers 2014 cash call). Surely then the reduction would be zero as they had not missed a cash call?
