At least they have been smart about it - no dilution to shareholders if you decide to participate, and also a sweetener with the options which works to the benefit of the shareholders and the company.
Best hope is a recovery in the lithium price at the end of this year and then a deal with someone like MIN to mine and process the ore.
It's not a huge cost to me so I'll be taking it up.
