No dilution to existing shareholders if you decide to participate? Are we underwriting a loan to Widgie or how's that non dilutive SPP would work? Isn't every CR non dilutive if you participate in it? You essentially pay a certain amount to maintain your existing ownership as a %, so it's very much dilutive and adverse for your shareholder value.
