I have just gone thru the company's half year report and the only debt mentioned in that report is EK's salary of $447,521.00.
So is this placement to satisfy EK's back pay and a bonus for the underwriters?
You don't need to be a brain surgeon to work out just what is going on here!
This placement at $0.04 is garbage, watch what happens to our share price over the next few weeks?
If there is any other debt I can't find it, but then again we all new nothing about our ownership of Affinis until we heard about the clean up summons?
I reckon I should just sell , cop my loss and invest what is left with a reputable company (if I can find one on the ASX?), that way I wont need to put up with EK and his shonky deals any longer!
