I have no issues with management and think they are doing a great job.
They have taken salary cuts to make this company succeed and now have once again make sure that without too much dilution have enough funds to make this happen.
I wish we had more of the same in other companies but still waiting to see this.
I certainly take up the placement and think it is a smart move to make sure they are given a second chance to prove up a new resource free of greens to bring it into production.

Pro active management is what we need here and what we have the move to Thailand could well be the trigger to much bigger and better things.
And looking what we have so far I think it that they already thru the first hurdle.
