Hey Gobble. I was more implying its prudent to do so before the drilling, versus after, not necessarily because the SP will be lower, but simply because the sector might be in even more of a down turn? I.e major financial crisis like the GFC.
I mean, I watch a lot of stocks (too many really) and many small caps are literally going bankrupt, or diluting themselves into oblivion, or... stopping all ground work and simply paying wages (which I think is the worth option, far better to merge with someone, anyone than do that.
Time will tell of course.
