the worst part is I fear that if they announce to extend data room and farm-out talks via an RNS - which is likely - they probably won't say anything about who is looking at it and who they are talking to
so we won't know for sure if there is a tier1 - we will think there is but ......

i would hope the RNS would be something like "we are having on going discussions with a company and as per our earlier commitment we will extend the timeframe" or similar
I fear we will get
"to allow further analysis and opportunity we will extend the timeframe"
no mention of discussion :-/
