The fact is this poorly announced cap raise has taken the SP to a 52 week low. The turnaround story has not happened and by saying your research tells you otherwise, unfortunately makes you look ili-informed. In my experience this is one of the most uncommon retail offers I’ve seen. Very scant on details which makes me suspect management don’t want you to know.
