The announcement shows exactly how they intend to use the funds - develop Chinese manufacturing facility- expanded staff and infrastructure to support global growth - growth manufacturing ramp up and working capital. It’s all spelt out and just as standard as most companies when they raise.
You did well selling out but it seems you are unable to move on .
We are all fully aware of the company history- it’s great products which have failed to really penetrate markets in the past and how it is now trying to add more products and markets through regulatory approvals of new products and new countries.
Muya has been a big voice about underachievement which he has been correct about but even he acknowledges that except for the timing and price the issue itself is a good idea and needed.
