I won't be at the AGM. Too busy at this time of year with construction projects.
I've never met Michael Foley but I suspect he'd take the opportunity to ask (or grill) management about the following items:
- Cosmo Gold Limited & the ongoing lack of progress with regard to site exploration & re-listing on the ASX.
- The $1.25m that Cosmo Gold owes ADG at the end of Dec'22, together with the upcoming debt-for equity swap valuation & share illiquidity.
- The cost outcomes of legal proceedings in the Wardens Court.
I'll look forward to reading your Adelong Gold AGM notes after you post them on HotCopper.
