I sent an email to the company secretary last night.
I don’t understand how PAK can expect shareholders to participate in this capital raising when they haven’t announced any update on the Salazar venture.
How do I know the company isn’t going to take my capital, explore Anderson Creek and if they don’t like the results, simply go silent like they have with Salazar.
Companies in general need to update their shareholders on all activities regardless of positive or negative results. It keeps the guess work out and makes the shareholders feel connected and informed.
If I don’t hear any update from them, I’ll feel like they’re taking the shareholders for granted and most definitely will not be participating in the capital raise.
