EXR are in the business of prospecting and proving up to a stage to either partner and expand activity, or more probably, flick the asset and take that cash to both (we hope!) return some capital to patient shareholders and to accelerate other asset progress AND I predict, seek new plays going forward.

We are primed folks.....given yesterdays progress update, all seems to be on track.
