Renumeration of management -
Take-Over offers - Very very important if we are to avoid a low value raid.
The Value and Esteem that the Management Team acquires to themselves.
Shareholder satisfaction.

Boards get spilled, directors get sacked, even MDs. By disgruntled shareholders.

You can bet your last dollar that Dave knows those things, and you can put the house on too that the directors who stand behind him do too. Dan, John and Tom - all are incredibly well regarded and highly experienced gentlemen.

The downramper's work - with what can only be held as your concurrence has caused great damage here.
