I actually agree with you on point 1. Every time there is an announcement, we get a pump the day before. At this point it's obvious an announcement is coming because of the trading activity.

With point 2, I think they were overly optimistic and have since adjusted the timelines. The recent stuff I saw surrounding it (will try and find the interview for you) was pretty realistic and on point. I don't think they're being malicious there, just learning as they go and when people improve they should be encouraged for it.
