Been part of this project since mlx days ( i hold a small amount in CYM more of a way to get dirt cheap CR shares). If they don't pay the 36 mill does MLX get its mine back? MLX actually now has a nice cash position because tin has been doing very well. Do we jump ship into MLX and get the mine back for 36 mill? the company needs to do a 1 for 1 capital raise just to pay off debt, let alone develop a mine. ( 2 cents a share ) probably 1.5 cents to get an extra 40 mill and some 3 cent oppies thrown in. I'm not being mean, this happened to me when I had MLX which went down to almost these levels so I know the pain. Maybe hedge bets between the 2 companies?
