It's just a mistake in the spelling, its mineable not minerable and yes, mineabe resource = reserve. "A Mineral Reserve is the economically mineable part of a Measured and/or Indicated Mineral Resource." Dont pay attention to people trying to pick spelling mistake and dilute the topic.
Just listen to the part from 8:00 to 8:15. Geoff emphasized on mineable and big big deposit. He hasnt seen anything like this before.
