    73% of shareholders have less than $5k of TAR shares (1,042/1,421). These tiny holders have been screwing with the SP for months. Although no real buyers out there has allowed this circus to continue.

    Need some big buys to mop these tiny holders up. Otherwise the price will bounce in big moves off tiny volume, jeopardizing a healthy CR.
