Thats because those who want to buy, know this company is not worth 0.1c
The shareholders, dont want to lose any more money, so they wont allow a consolidation to occur.
As a result, theres a standoff. To put it in perspective
614M shares are wanting to be sold at 0.1c, or 614,000 Market cap is 1.35M. This means around 50% of shares are wanting to be sold at the bare minimum price.
Thats because those who want to buy, know this company is not...
