Really who knows how long it'll take to finalize, even when agreed upon in principle could take awhile to dot the i's and cross the t's. Could easily be after Christmas. Think its practically fait accompli though.
Have QPM which POSCO also made an investment in. One thing that they have in common is quality management whom seem pragmatic and considered as opposed to unicorn and fairy crew you normally see in this space. Anyone can sign an off-take but getting investment/prepayment is gold standard and meaningful.
