    The NPV is considerably higher as the Phosphate pricing used was $ 72 per tonne the current price for phosphate from Christine presentation yesterday is over $ 400 per tonne and she added that cost have not risen anywhere near the same only a slight increase so this really means far more revenue and profit - shorter payback time and significantly improved project EBITDA.
