That may be but I think Corona virus is affecting the functioning of the Victoria government and its approval process for drilling permits and granting of concessions .The Government of Victoria has obviously been historically anti mining according to the research report posted by Popeye .It is better now since they have seen tax revenues increase with Fosterville.All socialist governments love to spend money .However the glacial pace of approving drilling permits and concessions seems to have got way worse recently as far as I can tell and this seems to have affected KZM .I own Fosterville South (currently my preferred Victoria explorer)and they have drilling permits and two drills running at their Golden Mountain discovery in eastern Victoria, their Ceo has indicated that current restrictions in Victoria have not as yet impacted their drilling operations .KL also has not made any announcement with respect to Fosterville operations .Fosterville South has just announced buying out more land which is drill ready close to Golden mountain so they must think they have a big discovery .
Right now I think the only way for KZM to go is to switch exploration to Western Australia and their Pilbara properties .With DEGS big discovery and NVO buying a mill perhaps they can get some traction there.For now I think Castlemaine and South Muckleford drilling is dead but that is just my personal opinion .
