There was one point that I'm glad that Ray did highlight in the presentation as to why the mine hasn't been explored thoroughly after all these years.
The answer is that PC Gold was hit like everyone else after the GFC in 2008 and wasn't able to get any decent funding. That would be the same for all those other neighbouring plays in the region. Make sense now.
