yeah, another glossy presentation... nothing that we dont already know... which begs to ask the question why are they spending so much time and money doing this, fact is, the market will boom EXR if they are successful... presentations are nothing more than an attempt to gain punters on the lead up... see it all the time... this is why I am starting to get skeptical... usually this is an attempt to get new investors excited along with encouraged shareholders, and then wham, another CR in a short time to help progress us forward... its typical 101... lets see if Im wrong...
