Suprised they didn't announce it closer to market opening to surprise Shangdong.
Interesting way of trying to buy bulk shares before Shangdong puts their counter offer through. I guess if later they increase their price they don't need to pay more to the people that have already sold.
My suggestion to fellow holders is don't sell. This is just the warm up.
