I suspect you are correct, this has been used as a stopper to stop the free fall in the SP.
NFK aren't releasing certain information as it would send the share price in a spiral and that would be detrimental to Maui. Keep in mind that the MD of NFK is also on the board of Maui and IMO has a significant stake in Maui.

I am asking myself why a company that is turning over nearly $1B, has only 120 million shares on offer can only return 1 and 2 cent dividends to its investors... Rest assured I am asking myself why i have my $$$'s tied up in them when I can get 5% at the bank...
