The last set of financials were telling. The company were claiming profits meanwhile eating into their bank overdraft and obtaining debts to keep the business running. The claimed profits turned out to be nothing more than paper promises, promises in which NFK have been unable to collect from. Sad sad tale, always a red flag when receivables are rocketing while cashflow is plummeting.
