    re: Ann: Norfolk Group - Proposed Scheme of A... Correct me if I am wrong but the board cannot simply agree to a price if they do not have more than 90% of the holdings. Even if you take the 3 major share holders total it doesn't equal 90%. Surely there is an argument to be made that the sale price is well well well below market value. OR is there a skeleton in the closet that NFK do not want to disclose?
