    re: Ann: Norfolk Group - Proposed Scheme of A... Management said they were looking to get the substantial value out of NFK by selling it. The price at the time was about 58c.

    So now they agree to sell at 38c plus (hopefully) another 30c, which is a total of 68c or so. Hardly 'substantial'.
