The part of the deal that caught my eye was:
'Norinco Equipment using ACE NGV components exclusively'.
But, as you said, other news is lacking. I would have expected news out of India by now. The initial orders for ACE NGV components are due for delivery there by the end of this month.
I know funds are tight but it would also be nice if they could update their internet site. The information is over two years out of date.
