Predicably, and correctly, SVL will continue on to regain consent and explore, I suspect proving even greater resources than before.
I have reflected a little on the McPhillamy's decision, and its implications for this. They are pretty limited. I think the Minister must now know that there are political risks with being seen to squash mining, as opposed to a view that there are mainly gains from hindering it.
The critical metals status of the SVL resources and the increasing need for royalites for the Australian coffers will carry the day.
A wonderful opportunity in my view.
