They would likely value the company much higher than the ASX does, in terms of it's zinc portfolio.

Another possible method to raise funds (was mentioned in previous anns) would be to spin off the non-zinc assets into another vehicle. If the company were to keep say 50% and use the other 50% to raise, this would give those assets a funding mechanism.....but there are many different ways to do this.

An interesting couple of months ahead regardless.
