From the announcement it would appear that no consideration was provided to ISD for the sale and transfer of their Korean and other North Asia businesses. Rather material exit costs will be incurred... This transaction doesn't give confidence on the overall value of the business.
ISD being in China for 30 years and spent up to make acquisition of local businesses, to now just give it away and incur closure expenses...
No clarification on potential partnership opportunities either.
