statesman is channon and ferguson

and it's a $5m tsx hopeful

my first thought was they (channon and ferguson) are tapped out in canada and came here in source of more money,

but then figured it's probably whiddon and steinepress that wanted in, and had the aae shell ready to go

don't like that mimo holdings are not considered material to whiddon here, but are for eg at ZYL considered material elsewhere (mimo is his wife)

also some months ago filings show steinepreis with 156m shares, but his final director notice shows only 86m, with no change notices in between

not suggesting anything bad with these, just that admin detail maybe not so important at the moment for aae

and 100,000kmsq of virgin ground in sudan

a) will cost a fortune if the actually do anything
b) the headline targets will always be massive
c) the company share plan smells
d) they're prob not going to do anything substantial until Melrose drill anyway

the shareholdings, admin and situation imo have rort written all over it (which a good thing imo for now)

will be watching with interest
