We had our own projects, yet sold them despite one of them being in one of the best corridors in Australia, to become a minor JV partner which is fine seeing we do f all most of the time.
Now we've decided to come back into being an active player and taking a 75% JV with someone by spending money we don't have.
If history is any sort of form guide we'll be selling this again in 10yrs having done stuff all with it
