Perhaps Sandminer could let us know what his role was within the mineral sands industry. My hunch is that George has found deposits on ground that Sandminer had previously rejected.

The other thing about George is that he puts the company first even to the point of putting in his own money to buy shares when the price is rising. This tells me that he is having a red hot go.

Sandminer, on the other hand, appears to be just a grumpy old man sitting on the sidelines telling every one how good he was and how much more he knows than every one else.
