Reads like a reasonable announcement to me.
Subject to a successful PFS (of course) "Commence overburden removal at North Portia by July 2018" so I think we have a timetable & visible pathway to production.
Meanwhile, now just weeks away from the Kalkaroo PFS.
Philips Capital came up with a NPV @ 10% of $508 million using the old resource model http://h2016.havilah-resources.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/150522_HAV_PCRR.pdf
So expecting the new PFS to read quite well.
