"Havilah has an impressive portfolio of development assets in South Australia, and is finally beginning to demonstrate some momentum in their commercialisation. The company now has access to capital following the restructure of a divestment and an exclusivity fee for due diligence on another asset. These funds are now being deployed into exploration and study work at the Mutooroo Project." - Petra Capital (target price A$0.65)

How anyone can say that the North Portia divestment was not a good deal is beyond me (taking into consideration the extremely testing market conditions for junior resource companies and in particular $HAV as of late). Us shareholders can speculate as much as we want about the "real reasoning" behind the deal, but the reality is that ultimately $HAV has ended up with;
- Payment equivalent to 25% of it's current market cap.
- 1.5% ongoing royalty payments.
- Another $3.8M payment.

It's still mind boggling to me, as to why people would want $HAV to hold on to one of its minor assets, when it couldn't get funding, nor permitting approvals to develop it. Isn't it common sense to sell the project, collect funding, move on and continue doing what $HAV/ The Doc do best - utilise their exploration expertise to identify new deposits and further develop existing ones? As stated in the Petra Capital report, "These funds are now being deployed into exploration and study work at the Mutooroo Project." - Petra Capital (target price A$0.65)

Ps - When you look past the smoke screen of negativity and take into account the great exploration work that $HAV has completed at Grants (using complete external funding from SIMEC), it gives me confidence that the injection of funds from this North Portia deal will be used to further develop and identify the copper/cobalt resource at Mutooroo!
