Absolute no chance of selling to Lynas at the current stage.
In the future once the project has been fully de-risked a T/O is highly probable.
VTM need to 100% prove the resource size. VTM need to prove the flow sheet. VTM need to finalise via a DFS the capex/opex, revenue and profit. Once all that info has been ascertained Lynas will come knocking.
The Heavy rare earths so close to home is exactly what Lynas are after.
