Calima going further up the risk curve . How confident are they that this Leo#4 well is the necessary precursor to a new area for development?
The announcement is suggesting a substantial new resource is beckoning. And how much of the original oil in place can be profitably lifted?..and for what capex commitment?
I'm tempted to think that Calima is expecting soon enough a substantial inflow from Montney. Then again maybe they have landed a fresh bank line of credit.That would take us even further up that risk curve.
