Putting blind faith in the subsidiary of a Chinese Coal company with no experience or expertise in the REE sector to do the right thing by NTU and SH's is rather foolish IMO. The deal is a long way from being done and as you well know when dealing with Chinese entities, anything can happen.
Can you find any info on any of the companies mentioned besides what has been written in the announcement?
