    Q is, what's changed since the nickel company reneged, then spent $200M elsewhere?

    Sincerely hope none naive enough to trot out the PRC approval BS, because again the Q would be, what's changed?

    Jien were trying to sell NTU concentrate to Moly, Baotou & Lynas mid way thru their DD process, that's how much they new about RE when they signed up.

    Hope the coal company is just a tad smarter.
