    Rather than all the trite nonsense can anyone even attempt to explain why one of China's largest NdFeB manufacturers, that is part of the company that owns a 9,000t HRE quota, the largest, in the "Kingdom of Heavy RE", is aiming at HRE-reduced or even HRE-free magnets?
