The coal company paid 13c per share because they get two board positions. No reflection on the true value of the company IMO.
For only $35482 a punter could push the SP to 10c. Again, low volume of shares being traded at low prices. This is an illiquid stock.
Even I thought it would take the coal company a bit longer to renege on the deal and the $2.8m would be paid. But considering the funds were due by Friday and there is no new of the funds being received, looks like I may have been wrong.
