Considering the funds were due to be received by 12.08.2016, you have every right to believe that.
When someone expects funds to be received by a certain time or date the funds should be received before that time or date IMO. No reason why the funds could not have been transferred days ago.
Yet here we are, 12.08.2016 and still no funds. The funds are late.
Is it just a matter of the funds being transferred late, or is it something more?
