Thats ok dude, you don't sound like a broken record, but you do sound like your a little too emotionally involved. Strange considering you have no sentiment and hold no stock. I do have my suspicions as to why.

$2.8M doesn't make the companies business plan viable. Keeps the lights on a bit longer though, at least that's a positive.

From the recent announcement;
The final $27 million will be received in instalments, with a further 200,000,000 shares to be issued at a price of 13.5 cents per share, following shareholder, and required regulatory approvals being obtained.

I believe PRC approval will be required. Considering the Jein Mining funding deal failed to obtain PRC approval, I assume this funding deal will suffer the same fate.

Any reason why that would not be the case? Any thoughts on this abn2609?
