I am a SAR holder. I agree with you generally, but l feel dissapointed because SP is currently undervalued regarding growth potential and long term investors have patiently waiting for a first dividend. Now expectations have to be reassessed again.
Both SP's are up around 7% so perhaps both SP were undervalued & once things settle down it will look more like a fair deal. I've not been through merge before. Interesting learning experience 4 me.
