I think both companies are well aware of this. These are some very savvy operators I think they can make it work. The operating groups makes sense to me, having a single ownership of KCGM is really the jewel in the crown.
I hold both, with weight towards SAR - the alignment between company operating philosophy has been obvious for some time, hence I saw greater leverage to holding SAR over the last 3 years.
I am very comfortable for this deal, makes sense in all directions.
