simple, we will now trade like a large cap on multiples similar to NCM, as opposed to mid-caps on lower multiples like they were. This also means greater weighting in key indicies (asx50, gdx, gdxj, etc) which means enforced buying too. the merger was a no brainer from day 1 post KCGM and was always on the cards.
