Without traders you wouldn't have a share market to invest in, just buying and holding isn't really good advice, imo
This is a speculative stock, no ifs or buts, and if you just buy and hold spec stocks without just relying on a low cost nst investment in comparison to the companies wealth, and don't have some form of strategy then I would be reconsidering your game plan
