    HOA with the board of tanami ? Did the board not have an obligation to put the MLX offer to their shareholders prior to entering other agreements, ? after all that is the agreement they as individuals and as a board agreed to.
    This could get messy if MLX decide to make a stand,
    tan up 75% as I write, a long stand off with lawyers involved could change that Imo, not sure MLX would be too happy about a second proposed mine purchase backing away from an agreement.
